A big hit and fantastic responses!
Topcon and Sokkia organized a very successful European Sales Conference near the Dutch Coast in Hotel Oranjes at Noordwijk. Together, we aimed for an atmosphere of taking home the spirit of a global winning team and to inspire, over 250 participants from more than 30 countries, to make a real difference in a radical and rapidly changing world.According to Ulrich Hermanski, senior sales and marketing manager from TopCon Europe, it was a remarkable event with a superb mixture of planned and unplanned elements. "It just couldn't be better" said Ewout Korpershoek, managing director of Topcon Europe.
The planarian morning sessions were organized by Ruud Veltenaar & Associates and the MiR Academy with inspiring speakers and focus on team spirit, sales and marketing and mega trends with impact on life, work and the society.
Ruud Veltenaar took the participants on a journey in the world of a) inspiration and motivation, changing your habits by just 2mm, b) authentic and serving leadership and c) the opportunities and threats in a rapidly transforming world into a knowledge economy and a more and more complex society.

What a great start of our first European Sales Conference with your session "work and live with passion". We received very positive feedback from the attendees. Very inspiring also for me personally (although thinking about my funeral still feels a bit weird:-)..)
